SYNOPSIS In the near future, in the Asian city-state of Sintawan, the identities of all human beings are recorded in the complex world known as the CyberLink. The use of illegal, simulated identity implants (SIMS) is the only way around this vast database, and a common practice for criminals looking to hide their identities. Dash MacKenzie (O’Reilly) a young bounty hunter who makes her living tracking SIMS, finds herself on the run after she uncovers a diabolical “game” set in motion by several elite corporate leaders.
