Los Angeles, CA (December 9, 2002) New Line Home Entertainment today announced the DVD and VHS release of Knockaround Guys. Vin Diesel and Barry Pepper star along with Seth Green and Andrew Davoli, in this smart, powerful and at times humorous tale of four young men growing up in todays’ mob. Knockaround Guys will be available to rent on VHS and DVD, and for sale on DVD for $24.98 on February 25. In addition to Diesel (XXX, The Fast and the Furious), Pepper (The Green Mile, Saving Private Ryan), Green (Austin Powers in Goldmember, Rat Race) and Davoli (Welcome to Collinwood, TV’s “The Sopranos”), Knockaround Guys stars John Malkovich (Places In The Heart, In The Line of Fire) and Dennis Hopper (Easy Rider, Blue Velvet). Knockaround Guys is written and directed by Brian Koppelman and David Levien. This DVD 14 includes widescreen (2.35:1) and fullscreen versions of the film, director commentary, deleted scenes with optional commentary, the teaser and theatrical trailer. The widescreen version of the film features Dolby Digital EX 5.1 surround sound, DTS ES 6.1 Surround Sound, Stereo Surround Sound, English subtitles, Spanish subtitles, closed captions and animated menus.
