Winner of three Academy Awards®, Pan’s Labyrinth will be available in a two-disc edition DVD on May 15, 2007, from New Line Home Entertainment. Directed by award-winning writer and filmmaker Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, Blade II), the film traces the fate of an innocent child as she seeks refuge from fear, loneliness and the violence of war – in both her real and imagined existence – through an elaborate and magical fantasy world. When young Ofelia and her mother go to live with her new stepfather on a rural military outpost, she finds herself caught in a world of unimaginable cruelty.
